THE ROLE:

As an Intermediate Graphic Designer, you will work alongside our Creative team to develop and execute top notch creative with the end goal to grow a brand, launch a new product or expand consumer reach through social platforms. The ability to see a project from concept, through to completion is expected. You strive to keep in touch with trends and love to explore new design concepts and avenues.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Keen interest in branding and packaging design
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design
• Relevant industry experience of 3+ Years
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• After Effects is an asset
• Basic knowledge of print production practices, must be competent to build print-ready art
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Web design and or illustration skills are considered an asset
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design principles, respecting brand guardrails, while employing strategic and creative tactics on project work
• Ability to interact, present and collaborate with the Agency team to develop unique design approaches to a variety of Client needs
• Keen sense of detail, and a desire for the perfect combination of typography, colour and layout
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize as needed
• A positive, team-forward attitude and a genuine interest in the success of our Clients and the culture of our studio
